She has held prominent roles, including Director & Tribe Lead of Customer Engagement at DFDS, where she successfully led international teams to implement scalable solutions in marketing automation, CRM systems, and customer identity management. Her leadership in rolling out Dynamics 365 and migrating customer identity systems to Azure Active Directory resulted in streamlined operations and enhanced customer retention.

Before DFDS, Astrid worked at Kristeligt Dagblad as a Digital Analyst, focusing on optimizing data collection across digital channels and driving effective digital marketing campaigns. She has also held roles at Operate A/S, where she developed and executed campaigns with both online and offline components, while advising on social media strategy and stakeholder communications.

Currently, as the Director & Product Leader at TV 2 Denmark, Astrid continues to apply her expertise in aligning technology with business objectives to drive digital transformation.

Throughout her career, Pavla has held senior roles at notable organizations, including Publicis Sapient, where she served as a Content Marketing Consultant, and Komfo, where she led Lead Generation efforts through Inbound Marketing. She has also been Global Marketing Manager and Senior Global Customer Engagement Manager at ISS, where she pioneered the company’s Account-Based Marketing approach and developed strategies to drive customer retention and digital engagement.

With a proven track record of enhancing brand perception, building high-performing teams, and driving measurable results, Pavla’s expertise spans industries such as SaaS, mobile advertising, and facility management.
