Location: Copenhagen (Hybrid / Wednesday Crew Day) Role Type: Internship / Student Worker (Professional Development Track)

The Opportunity: Serve the Architects of Global Brands

The Brand Leadership Community (BLC) is a specialised learning and relationship ecosystem designed for the senior professionals behind the world’s leading brands. Based in Copenhagen but global by nature, BLC serves as a knowledge bridge between Brands, Agencies, and Technology Vendors.

For students of International Business and/or Business Administration, BLC offers an unparalleled window into the Nordic and global corporate landscape. Our community is composed of high-caliber decision-makers—47% have over 6 years of experience, and 30% have over 10 years—representing iconic brands such as Maersk, LEGO, Novo Nordisk and Pandora.

2026 Recruitment Roadmap

As BLC moves from “momentum to maturity,” we are professionalising our operations to scale our impact. Over the course of 2026, we will be looking for numerous students and interns to join our crew.

This recruitment drive begins in the Spring of 2026, where we will start by onboarding an intern and/or a student worker to help drive our core strategic initiatives.

Shape Your Role Based on Your Abilities

We recognise that every student brings a unique set of strengths. While our needs are broad, we are looking to configure your specific responsibilities based on your unique abilities, professional interests, and career ambitions. We are seeking “process engineers” who can take messy, evolving ideas and turn them into practical structures and playbooks.

We are currently recruiting for two primary tracks, and the final role configuration may be a hybrid of both:

Track 1: Operations & Strategic Projects

  • Focus: Acting as the “team glue” to ensure our operational backbone is robust and scalable.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Event Production & Logistics: Supporting marquee events like BLC Connect and the Brand Analytics Festival, managing project milestones through Trello and Project Charters.
    • CRM & Data Infrastructure: Assisting with audience segmentation and data hygiene within HubSpot to ensure outreach to global brand leaders is highly targeted and relevant.
    • AI & Knowledge Management: Utilising LLMs (AI) to process meeting notes and internal documentation, turning conversations into structured strategic assets for our NotebookLM knowledge base.
    • Content & Editorial Support: Managing website updates (WordPress) and laying out articles for BLC Insights Magazine to provide sustained visibility for our partners.

Track 2: Business Development & Partnerships

  • Focus: Nurturing B2B relationships with leading software vendors and enterprise service providers.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner Relations: Assisting in the growth of our Technology Insights Business Memberships (€3,000 subscription model) and identifying new opportunities for emerging Martech and E-commerce technologies.
    • Consultative Sales Support: Moving BLC from transactional sponsorships to long-term consultative partnerships that drive mutual value for global brands and their tech providers.
    • International Strategy: Assisting in the research and development of our membership model and consulting services for large enterprise conglomerates.

About You

  • International Business & Admin Mindset: You are currently a student of Marketing, International Business and/or Business Administration eager to apply theoretical frameworks to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Detail-Oriented & Proactive: You possess a high attention to detail and have the confidence to ask clarifying questions to ensure alignment.
  • Tech-Curious: You have a keen interest in how Martech, data orchestration, and AI are transforming modern business.

What We Offer

  • Direct Network Access: A seat at the table with our 60+ member Advisory Council, featuring senior leaders from the world’s most recognisable brands.
  • The “Orchestra” Culture: A transparent, supportive environment where leadership is shared, and you are encouraged to play your own “instrument” while following the same “sheet music” (OKRs) for success.
  • Entrepreneurial Pathway: A real opportunity to create your own future role as the company scales toward a core team of 5–7 full-time members.
